 1. Hugging impacts your health, physically and emotionally

            People hug each other in many occasions. They hug in sad time, they hug in happy time to bring more joy. But, do you ever wonder why hug feels good? It’s because hugging releases oxytocin, a hormone that capable of reducing pain and stress, makes human feel connected to each other, and even lowers blood pressure.
